These Terms govern the use of Creator Bridge, offered by Lasse Flick, trading as “Flick Edits”, Tove Ditlevsens Gade 59, 3. 4, 8240 Risskov, Denmark.
Creator Bridge is a tool for personalized YouTube outreach: AI-assisted email drafts, screenshot embedding, follow-up management, and reply detection. The actual sending of email is carried out through the SMTP access provided by the user or the operator.
An account is required to use the service. The information you provide must be accurate. Login credentials must be kept confidential. A minimum age of 18 applies.
There is a free plan with a limited feature set and a Pro plan with higher quotas. The free plan currently includes up to 100 lead saves per month with the Chrome extension; adding leads on the website is not limited. The operator may change these limits. Pro access is currently granted manually, for example to members of the Skool community. There is currently no self-service billing, no Stripe payment, and no automatic Skool integration. Usage limits and access are enforced server-side. No payment is processed through this platform; it can be used free of charge. Where Pro access is tied to a paid membership in the Skool community, that contract is concluded exclusively between the user and Skool and is governed by Skool’s terms.
Creator Bridge — including the web app, the Chrome extension, their source code, design, texts, AI prompts, templates and workflows — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and belongs to the operator. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your own outreach while your account is active.
You may not, and may not help or instruct anyone else — including AI tools or coding assistants — to:
A breach entitles the operator to suspend or delete the account without notice and to claim damages.
The user agrees to comply with applicable law, in particular regarding unsolicited advertising (e.g. GDPR and equivalent anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM). Mass spam, harassment, deception, and sending to unlawfully obtained addresses are prohibited. The operator may suspend accounts in the event of abuse.
The user is solely responsible for the content, recipients, and lawfulness of the emails sent. AI drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed before sending.
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, disruptions, or dependencies on third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, SMTP service) may lead to outages.
The user can delete their account at any time in the settings, which ends use immediately. Pro access is tied to membership in the Skool community and ends when that membership ends. Because no payments are processed through this platform, termination and refund of the membership are governed by Skool’s terms.
Liability is governed by statutory provisions; for slight negligence, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Danish law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted, is Aarhus, Denmark. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
